Ocean City Realty was founded in 2000 by Mark Grimes who at the time was the top sales agent for Berger Realty. Ocean City Realty has achieved great success over the last eleven years in an area and industry that was dominated by long-standing local Realtor Estate Offices and several national agencies. In those short eleven years we have surpassed most of these agencies in yearly sales and are 40+ agents strong. We have achieved this position while only maintaining one office location whereas other agencies have as many as five offices throughout the island. We are 40+ agents that work as ONE! Our mission is to provide all the benefits that come with the larger office as we deliver the personal, one-on-one attention a small office brings. The renovation of our new location on 34th Street has recently won the 2011 Outstanding Business Renovation & Improvement Award by the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce and our location has increased business dramatically over the last year. Ocean City Realty is clearly on the rise and creating a huge “buzz” in the Ocean City Real Estate market. We have two New Jersey Association of Realtors Platinum award winners who have listed/sold over 50 million dollars in real estate year after year. We have over 150 closed transactions so far in 2011 and look forward to another successful year in 2012!
